I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The facilities were enjoyable, with spacious gardens and access to various water activities. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of wear, and the dining was exceptional at times but overpriced. While I appreciated the friendly staff and my overall stay, the hotel could greatly benefit from renovations and better management.
We had a wonderful time at the resort, surrounded by lush greenery and a private beach that made our stay feel special. Our room was modern and spacious, and the amenities were plentiful, from kayaking to massages. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet our expectations with the restaurant lacking charm, and we encountered issues with the reception when it came to rescheduling an excursion. All in all, it was a lovely getaway, just a few areas could be improved.
My stay at Aiyapura Koh Chang was absolutely wonderful. The resort boasts its own private beach in a stunning secluded bay, which made for a perfect relaxing getaway. I was amazed by the spacious rooms and the attentive staff. However, while the views of the bay were breathtaking, I did wish for a sunset view from the beach. Overall, great value for money and an excellent place for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting.
